Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee

Need to Reschedule or Cancel?  Now you can reschedule or cancel your Grey Line ticket(s) for a $5 dollar charge if your change or cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure date and time.  All tickets charged on the same credit card may be changed for one fee.  Cancellations or schedule changes are not available within 24 hours of the originally scheduled departure time and date as they do not allow the Authority time for probable resale of your tickets.  The official transaction time and date will be marked by the completion of this web site transaction.
